What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Manager position at Johnson Auto of Laramie?

The job duties of this position include, but are not limited to.
- Maintain parts department daily operations including communicating with the service manager and other departments.
- Orders and stocking of new items will be overseen by this position and procedures will be adjusted as needed for streamlined efficiency.
- Inventory levels will be maintained and monitored during daily operations and audited for proper level maintenance.
- Day-to-day operations will be supervised by this position and support will be offered to counter persons.
- Counterperson supervision utilizing the company's policies and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Process returns through our digital system. This includes warranty returns, customer returns, and monitor returns thatare processed correctly.
- Audit schedules associated with parts employees. This includes monitoring lunches, arranging time off coverage, and keeping staff schedules on track.
- Maintaining smooth transactions between parts and service departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
