- Hire, train, and coach staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and enforce company policies.
- Ensure staff professionalism and participate in management meetings.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Assist with budgeting, sales forecasting, and process improvements.
- Close the store at least twice per week.
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Review sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
- Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming, creative atmosphere for shoppers and class participants.
- Retail management or supervisory experience (specialty retail, food, or hospitality preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule; minimum 40 hours/week including holidays.
- $40,000 annual salary
