What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mower/Maintenance position at Johnson County Bus Garage?
Supervisors: Maintenance Supervisor
Terms of Employment: 12 months with benefits
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
- Good Health
- Must be able to run and operate all the mowing equipment
- Must be able to run and operate all the weed eating equipment
- Be able to lift, turn, bend, twist, and carry a minimum of 60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be able to pass a federal DOT physical with no limitations and obtain a Class B CDL with a P & S endorsement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applicant's primary duty will be mowing/grounds keeping when in season.
- Substitute Bus Driver as needed
- Other duties may consist of operating various equipment (garbage truck, dump truck, etc), and performing maintenance on the facilities and any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Aptitude conducive to performing the duties of grounds keeper
- Must take care of equipment used
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $36,807 - $38,834
