- Enter, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Report progress and compliance status to management regularly
- Verify data accuracy and completeness across all platforms
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure documentation compliance
- Establish a framework for ongoing compliance on new orders and parts
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive production data
- Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry tools
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Additional certification or training in data entry or office administration
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software
