Car Wash Assistant Site Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Site Leader to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for developing Team Members, and the skills to provide exceptional customer service to every guest on every visit. As an Assistant Site Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers high-quality services while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Train new employees on proper car wash procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including custodial duties to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies during all operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a car wash or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with all guests.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage team dynamics.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work for all shifts.
