Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal for a full-time or part-time position at our Broomfield, CO office. This is an on-site role where the Paralegal will provide assistance with legal document preparation, research, case management, and reviewing various legal documents. The Paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of client matters while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal concepts, including familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft, edit, and proof legal materials accurately
• Exceptional research and document review skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred
