JRAD is seeking a part-time Health Physicist for an immediate fill position located in Edgewood, MD.
Roles / Responsibilities :
- Perform / support decommissioning of various sites / building
- Knowledge of NRC License requirements, MARSSIM, and Army Regulations for contamination release levels
- Support missions abroad including verifying harmony of foreign standards with NRC and US Regulations
- Support the resourcing process of irradiators, including performing calculations to determine safe areas for personnel
- Develop and provide usier specific instrument / System training
- Develop a new RF program and determine RF hazards
