About the Role
We’re hiring a Brand Manager Trainee to join our on-site team in Miami, FL. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are energetic, people-oriented, and eager to develop into a future brand leader.
As a Brand Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting brand campaigns, learning how to manage customer engagement, represent client partners, and build the skills needed to lead a team and oversee campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, or nonprofit initiatives
- Support in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while building brand loyalty
- Learn campaign strategy, communication, and performance tracking
- Assist with daily planning and execution to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Develop leadership skills by working closely with senior team members
