Welcome to Kurkjian Plastic Surgery Aesthetic Medicine! We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Aesthetics Coordinator for our Aesthetic Medicine team.
This position is a once in-a-career opportunity to join an established and growing plastic surgery and medical spa/aesthetics practice. We are focused on always providing an elevated experience for our discerning patients.
Primary duties will be to perform daily functions that primarily assist the medical spa team although there are additional tasks performed for the overall practice. The Aesthetics Coordinator will be assigned to carry out both operational functions and patient-facing customer service-oriented activities.

This position is full-time Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-1:00pm. This position enjoys weekday hours only, we are not open on the weekends.

Our practice is a nationally recognized, boutique plastic surgery practice located in West Fort Worth, TX serving the greater DFW metroplex and out of state patients for over 10 years. As a board-certified plastic surgeon with world-class training in aesthetic surgery, Dr. Kurkjian and his staff are devoted to delivering natural results and an unmatched patient experience centered around comfort, safety and the most advanced cosmetic techniques.

Dr. Kurkjian completed his plastic surgery training at UT-Southwestern Medical Center and aesthetic fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat hospital where he learned directly from the pioneers of aesthetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. He currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT-Southwestern. Most recently, we moved into our new beautifully designed location in Clearfork that includes our plastic surgery clinic, accredited surgical suite and aesthetics practice.
The Aesthetic Coordinator will be overseen by the Practice Manager and continuous collaboration with our exceptional medical aestheticians, injectors, clinical nurses and friendly front office staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the medical spa team with various needs including the following:
· Room the patients and discuss their needs for the visit.
· Present membership plan options as well as current vendor promos.
· Assist the front desk with checking out medical spa patients, collecting payments and scheduling future appointments.
· Oversee the ordering, inventory and re-stocking of all aesthetic supplies for the medical spa.
· Learn basic front desk tasks to be a reliable back up for the front desk team when needed.
· Other tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
· Greater than 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
· Plastic surgery or dermatology experience preferred
