WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER
In this position, you get to use your communication skills to help our customers feel confident about the repairs they need for their vehicles. You act as a liaison between our technicians and our customers, ensuring that repairs are understood. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently helps you build trust with our customers and also enables our technicians to work efficiently and effectively. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER
- 3 years of service writing experience
