Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business for over 135 years, is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Assistant I. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that can demonstrate organization, a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
Position Summary:
Act as Department Receptionist. Provide variety of clerical services including report generation, receiving, and records filing for the Maintenance Department and its various team projects. Responsible for all receiving and returns duties associated with parts inventory including logging shipments into Maximo and allocating to proper locations. Maintain all department files and records. Ship product samples, equipment, etc. to appropriate vendors as needed. Act as Relief for Administrative Assistant –Maintenance I position. Special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative requirements met in an accurate and efficient manner. High School diploma or equivalent.
- Data entry performed accurately, timely and in full compliance.
- Package products for return to vendors and fill out any necessary paperwork prior to the shipment being picked up.
- Accurately update the product inventory as products are received.
- Process returns and incorrect orders in a timely manner.
- Special projects are accepted willingly and completed accurately and timely.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School graduate.
- Three (3) years of administrative skills utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment.
- Must be able to handle pressures associated with deadlines and regulatory accuracy.
