We are looking for Construction Project Manager. You could be based out of any of our current facilities or as a remote employee.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our customers’ projects. Your responsibilities will include verifying the scope of work after the handoff from sales, nurturing the customer relationship, managing the project timeline & executing on deliverables, and ensuring payment terms are met through the completion of the project.
Our most successful Project Managers are tenacious with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong drive for results and advanced communication skills. They regularly use critical thinking and persuasion to ensure the construction project gets done on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Technical proficiency in a variety of programs, to include Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc
- CPM, PMO or CAPM certifications, as well as OSHA 10 or 30 are a plus
