We're looking for someone who’s friendly and self-motivated for a full-time Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service Department. As a member of the Customer Service Department, your voice and actions will greatly impact customer satisfaction, something we pride ourselves on providing with utmost care and quality. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a high standard of service.

- Full-time, 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (includes breaks)
- $15.00/hour

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Assisting customers with questions, orders, shipping issues, etc. via phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
- Communicating with other departments to obtain information
- Taking calls and responding to emails and chats daily
- Cross-training with other departments
- Using multiple programs at one time
For this position, you MUST possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly disposition
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- The ability to sit for extended periods and navigate between multiple screens
- Availability to help cover call-ins and vacations
- The ability to attend trade shows quarterly
Special consideration is given to those with:
- Knowledge of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and other relevant animals
- High-volume call center experience
- Experience with Gorgias and Braintree
- Bilingualism (Spanish and English)
