Position Overview : We are seeking a qualified Skilled Trades Technician with expertise in tile laying, drywall installation, painting, and carpentry. This position requires someone with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or renovation projects and take pride in their workmanship.
Responsibilities :
- Tile Installation : Measure, cut, and lay tile with precision, ensuring alignment and seamless finishes in various settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
- Drywall Work : Install, repair, and finish drywall, including mudding, taping, and sanding to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Painting : Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high-quality standard, including priming, selecting paint types, and finishing details.
- Carpentry : Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as framing, installing trim, and building custom structures as needed for projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
