ACCOUNT SPECIALIST - APS
This is a sales/service position for the Annual Presentation Schools specializing in APS programs and coordinating activities with each account. The APS specialist creates a partnership with each account and the students whom we service. The person in this position will be responsible to travel to each of their assigned accounts and to the larger order taking events as needed. The person in this position will be fully responsible to implement a high level of customer service that supports phones, e-mails, quotes, orders both back date and current customers. This role is responsible to manage and maintain the APS order taking system and will work closely with IT to develop and execute new functions, pricing, and process implementation for order taking events.

- Selling and servicing Annual Presentation Service accounts
- Developing and maintaining APS order taking system
- Coordinating tooling and account set up for APS accounts
- Back up for APS editor on New rings and Warranty service rings
- Travel is required to attend order intake and distribution events (approximately 10% independently or with manager but can fluctuate upwards based on winning additional contract/s)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school education or GED
- Minimum of 5 years customer service & sales experience is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Jostens product/system experience
- Ability to work independently in an organized manner as well as being a team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills in working with internal & external customers at all levels.
- Ability to make decisions and exercise judgement.
- Ability to resolve complex issues independently.
- Strong Jostens systems, products, processes and overall knowledge of the company
- Excellent organizational skills
