Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Analytical Chemist. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical support to developing therapeutic biologics.
- Analytical research and development activities will include literature searches, analytical method development, test procedure writing, analytical method qualification, method transfer, and supportive testing for cross departmental activities.
- Analyzes in-process samples from NextGen process development, cross-site samples and tech transfer samples.
- Possesses extensive knowledge for analyzing Protein/mAB quality attribute, i.e. peptide mapping, glycans, SEC, etc.
- Preferred techniques include UPLC, CE and LC-MS preferability with Waters BioAccord LC-MS system.
- Must have: 5-7 years hands on experience.
