Job Title: Raw Materials Consultant
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Type: Contract (1 year)
Compensation: $28-32/hour
Contractor Work Model: Remote
Hours: Part Time - 15 hours/week (days flexible)
Job Description: The Raw Materials Consultant will be responsible for communicating with our raw material suppliers to collect regulatory, technical, and other documentation per our internal R&D supplier questionnaire. This person would provide a preliminary review of the documentation to confirm completeness of the request. This person would be responsible for follow-ups with suppliers and tracking responses. Following receipt of documentation, this person would need to upload information into our Agile PLM system. This person would also help with Global Agile integration at the raw material and formula level.

Must Haves/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Regulatory or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of Regulatory experience (or Data Management/IT)
- MS Suite experience – proficiency in Excel & Teams
- Experience with Product Management Systems required (Agile PLN not required but experience is a plus)
- Experience with communicating to clients/suppliers
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally as well as with suppliers
- Data-oriented
