Kindergarten Teacher

This full time faculty member will teach Kindergarten. We are looking for a teacher who loves working with young learners, is a Christian role model, and is passionate about Christian education. Our Kindergarten Teachers are responsible for teaching the core courses; math, science, social studies, reading, phonics, Bible, and handwriting. Our students leave the classroom for their enrichment classes; art, music, computers, library, and PE. We have a very supportive elementary principal and mentorship program. Our Kindergarten classrooms typically max out at 20 students per classroom.

All teachers must have a minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree, willingness to apply for ACSI Teacher Certification within the first year at CLS, personal & professional references, accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, and dedication to Christian teaching. State teaching licenses are preferred, but not required.

Christian Life School is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We are coming up on our 45th anniversary as a Christian school! We are a Preschool - 12th grade school. Our enrollment is typically around 720 students in preschool - 12th grade. We draw families from six counties in southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois. We're one of the largest private schools in Wisconsin.
