What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent - Commercial Construction position at Journey Construction?
With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team to provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects valued at $60 million dollars or greater. The Superintendent will take charge in planning and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management.
- At least 5 years' experience in managing mid-to large-sized commercial construction projects.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technologies.
