SEM Manager

What You Will Do

• You will work as part of our US and UK based SEM and paid media organizations, dealing directly with teams and clients both sides of the Atlantic
• You will work directly with your clients to explain & help them understand how Paid Search performance and business data deliver strong results
• You will help deliver performance for clients and build direct relationships with their key stakeholders
• You will conduct in-depth analysis on big data sets to identify trends and drive performance
• You will audit accounts, devise SEM strategies & assist in new client acquisition
• You will debate and test new paid media concepts
• You will support with hiring and development of junior team members
• You will play an active role in the promotion of the agency to raise brand awareness
  
  

Requirements

• You eat Google Ads and Excel for breakfast
• You love to learn and help others do the same
• You`re self motivated and ambitious, ready to help Journey Further become an internationally-renowned agency
• You have demonstrable experience within past SEM roles
• You are a confident communicator, and love building a rapport with people
• You enjoy working on campaigns and have the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• You have a good understanding of the US digital / performance marketing landscape
• Growth focussed, you are highly ambitious and will do what it takes to make this venture a success
