As an HRIS Administrator you will have the broad responsibility of support and maintenance of the HRIS system, its data integrity and workforce analytics. The position serves as a technical point of contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations. It works closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and data analysis, to ensure: maximum efficiency of HR processes; system alignment with HR policies and state/federal regulations, and identification of opportunities for process improvements. This position will also serve as the primary lead for managing system upgrades with support of IT.

The salary for this position is $70,000 per year.Â

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
A Master’s degree.  Strong interpersonal communication, motivational, and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency, ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Experience in medical/social services recommended.  Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.  Ability to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stress.
PREFERRED:
Bilingual and prior medical office experience preferred.
LIC/REG/CERT:
Valid Oregon license in a mental health field.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Medium physical/mental capabilities required. Must be able to work independently as well as with physicians, patients/family members and other co-workers courteously. Must be able to prioritize work demands and organize time efficiently. Must be clear thinking. Able to work with time constraints, high stress situations and multiple tasks.   Excellent problem-solving skills required. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy. Must have good self-reflection skills.
PAY RANGE:Â $26.75 - $41.05
