We aren’t necessarily looking for a career nanny, but we do need someone who can commit and take initiative. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in being dependable. You’re someone who naturally takes initiative, keeping the main living areas tidy, staying on top of dishes and our daughter’s laundry, and jumping in to help wherever needed. Clear and kind communication is a must, as we see you as a true partner in our day-to-day rhythm. We value getting outside daily and limiting screen time, and we’d love someone creative who can plan fun, enriching activities both indoors and out. Our previous nannies were artistic and incredibly proactive, and we’re hoping to find someone just as thoughtful and intrinsically motivated. If you enjoy engaging with children, staying active, and bringing joy into a home, we’d love to meet you!
Job Duties:
Each day is different depending on the week. Some days are longer and the nanny would be responsible for meals, naps and daily pick up, and some are shorter and just jumping in and helping out where needed. We’re looking for someone who can fit into the flow of our household with ease, maintain structure, and keep our daughter engaged and cared for throughout the morning. Driving will be required, and the nanny will need to use their own car.
Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, generous PTO, Paid holidays, and a heated garage parking spot!

Schedule: Starting in October/November, 22-32 hours a week, 8 am-3 pm is the “core schedule” with flexibility to range as early as 7 am to as late as 6 pm.
