Inside Sales Representative – Joyce Factory Direct (Days, Evening and Weekend shifts)

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with warm leads (no cold calling!) to sell home remodeling services, including windows, sunrooms, and baths
- Set up in-home consultations for potential customers with our expert sales team
- Follow up on leads, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service
- Work in a fast-paced, fun environment with ongoing sales training and support
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, with rewards for high performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in inside sales or call center sales
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- A passion for helping customers improve their homes
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Comfortable with a performance-driven role
