We are seeking high school students going into their senior year that are looking to explore opportunities in the construction industry. Our Youth Apprenticeship program pairs a student with a project team to give them exposure to various trades including the following:

- Laborers
- Follow and promote our safety protocols
- Learn to put quality work in place safely, effectively and efficiently
- Complete physical labor as directed by supervisor
- Learn to follow building plans and drawings
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating with your team members
- Wear appropriate clothing for the construction industry
- Be on time and ready to work
- Have the standard hand tools for your work
- Perform physical labor and comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Entering senior year of high school
- Minimum of 450 hours of work-based learning
- Two semesters of related classroom instruction
- End by August 31 st after graduation
