Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the data architecture framework, standards, and principles for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute the data strategy, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools that enhance data capabilities and support business needs.
- Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the data architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure effective use and understanding of the data architecture.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, Data management, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- AWS Cloud experience in building solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
