Quant Analytics [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Gather data and publish metrics critical to monthly stakeholder business review sessions. Calculate and submit the key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators for monthly review. Responsible for quantitative reporting requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and creating requirements documentation for newly submitted requests. Collaborate with the development team to design, validate, and implement automated reporting solutions. Respond to business audit inquiries by providing historical production reports, logic, documentation, and other artifacts. Ensure business-as-usual deliverables are distributed per schedule through production coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Software Developer/Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: creating detailed documentation articulating reporting objectives from high-level Business Requirements to detailed Functional Requirements; SAS, SQL and Microsoft Excel to extract and analyze data; working with large scale databases that join data marts to deliver complex reporting solutions; reading, writing, and troubleshooting simple to complex code to remediate issues; designing efficient queries that do not exhaust technical resources, cartesian joins and recursion loops; working in an Agile environment following practices including scrum, planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and sprint review; adhering to Controls requirements ensuring archival of key artifacts to prevent audit or controls-identified issues.
