Job Description
The Asset Management, Client Service division is responsible for maintaining the Client Service vision, strategy and day to day management of over 1800 Asset Management clients across the Institutional, Sub Advisory, and Alternatives client businesses. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing client relationships while maximizing opportunities and further penetrating target markets to achieve business goals. The Client Service team works heavily on process improvements and driving change through collaboration across all businesses from Sales, Investments, Technology, Legal, and Operations. A Client Service role is perfect for anyone looking to drive change and demonstrate measurable results to drive efficiency and an improved client experience.
As a Shareholder Services Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. You will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans. Job Responsibilities
- Participate in problem resolution for client accounts
- Process trades and information requests for clients
- Educate clients about JPMorgan products and value add resources.
- Work towards and obtain a Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and pass the SIE exam
- Possess high energy, a great attitude and exceptional service skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Industry knowledge
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Obtain Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and pass SIE Exam within 90 days of starting in position
