- Lead user access provisioning/de-provisioning across applications, servers, and platforms.
- Enforce security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, awareness training, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on security-related matters.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and documentation updates.
- 10 years in IT Security, Identity & Access Management, or related roles
- Strong experience in access control, security operations, auditing, and compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
