What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bulk Loader position at JQ Staffing?
We are seeking a Bulk loader. This position is temp to hire with a great opportunity to become a part of a rapidly growing company. This position is first shift, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm (with the possibility of additional overtime and weekends).
Bulk loaders are responsible for safely and accurately following a request in order to load a finished lubricant product. Starting wages are $14 an hour.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately follow blend sheet instructions.
- Weighing and pumping material from drums into designated tanks.
- Connecting hoses from rail cars located outside into designated tanks.
- Sampling raw materials and finished products from tanks & tankers.
- Accurately completing paperwork and various forms.
- Completing all daily, weekly and monthly equipment checks.
- Keeping a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Work Experience Requirements
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand, bend, twist and climb.
- Not afraid of heights and able to go up and down ladders
- Able to work inside and out in all weather
- Strong math skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Some customer service skills
- Stable work history.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must submit to background and drug screen
