About the Position
JRBT is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Assurance Department. Someone successful in this position must possess the ability to produce highly precise deliverables with a strong attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to prioritize assignments. Additionally, this individual can communicate clearly with effective customer service skills for internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and issuing reports, proposals, and other client communications
- Receiving and sending confidential and non-confidential client documents by mail, e-mail and other applications as noted below
- Periodically answering client calls
- Maintaining administrative files/databases
- Maintaining audit copier and workroom area
- Assisting audit and consulting teams with special tasks as requested
- Other duties as required or needed
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Handles regular duties without prompting and advises in advance of issues or delays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to produce high quality work with a high attention to detail
- Experience with and ability to learn various software programs, databases, file systems, etc., such as SafeSend and Suralink
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in person, online, and via phone
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks among different supervisors
- Highly organized while multitasking a changing workload
- Works cooperatively with others, including the executive assistant, in partnership to support each other smoothly
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment performing administrative assistant duties
Job Details:
This position is onsite, non-exempt
20-25 hours weekly
Specific schedule is negotiable, but will be consistent week to week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
