It’s a great time to join JRC’s Systems Engineering and Integration Team! We are looking for a Senior Program Analyst to assist the Chief Engineer of Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) and their team in managing workflows to ensure efficient/effective program management, prioritizing daily deliverables, managing actions to maximize execution of weekly/monthly deadlines, overseeing integrated master scheduling, drafting executive correspondence, supply research analysis and providing database management.
Additionally, the Senior Program Analyst will coordinate amongst division stakeholders and program manages to track and produce deliverables for the Chief Engineer, as well as report on Division programmatic actions to senior leadership. You will review, edit, and assist in creating internal SSP documents related to the TRIDENT II Weapon System, and coordinate related input and approval from government and industry partners. As the Senior Program Analyst, you will...
- Develop a robust knowledge of SSP culture and practices and be the lead coordinator for high-level events for the division and industry partners
- Execute high-level coordination efforts between technical division branch heads/SESs, compiling program updates and reporting materials as needed on behalf of SSP’s Technical Division Director
- Compose internal program status reporting on behalf of the Chief Engineer
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing Ordnance Documents (ODs), Strategic Systems Programs Instructions (SSPINSTs), meeting minutes, memorandums, formal letters, technical documents, program briefings, and other documentation
- Lead and execute tasks, utilizing analytical techniques and processes
- Lead weekly division meetings, including drafting and editing presentations and providing status updates to the technical staff and branches
What you bring to the table...
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 10 years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence
- An Active Secret clearance and are a US Citizen
- Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a willingness to work in a team environment and possesses the ability to work independently
- Capable of supporting multiple tasks and prioritizing that workload
- Capable of providing supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues
