Estimator - Commercial Windows and Siding

JRC Incorporated, located north of Nashville, TN is a nationwide construction company specializing in exterior improvements. Currently working in 48 of the 50 states and are seeking a detailed oriented Window and Siding Estimator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of windows and siding projects by accurately assessing costs and preparing estimates. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Must live in the Nashville, TN area.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Travel throughout the U.S. to conduct surveys, obtain measurements and project data.
• Develop estimates, quotations, and detailed proposals for window and / or siding replacement on commercial properties.
• Prepare project submittals for specified contract projects.
• Collaborate with project management teams to build accurate project scopes and timelines.
• Utilize software programs for effective construction estimating and cost control.
• Prepare detailed reports on estimates, including breakdowns of labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation for future reference.
