Title : Change Management Lead

Location : Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Compensation : $70.00 - $75.00 / HR W2

Details : Hybrid (onsite as needed); Immediate start; 10-month duration with potential extension

Is this you?

Proven experience leading Change Management efforts for ERP implementations, with at least 1-2 completed projects.
5 years of enterprise change management experience.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to engage and influence top leaders.
Experience managing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industries is a plus.
Ability to operate independently and manage a “department of one” environment.
Track record of successful organizational change leadership across multiple initiatives.
Experience in a "one-person show" environment managing change initiatives.
Familiarity with CPG industry trends and ERP implementation best practices.

Your Impact :

Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management strategy for the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Engage with cross-functional leaders to communicate the project's vision and impact.

Collaborate with HR team change champions to drive adoption and align efforts across departments.

Own 95% of the Change Management responsibilities for corporate and Argo facilities.

Facilitate organizational readiness, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Monitor and adjust CM strategies based on project challenges and milestones.

Ensure timely delivery of all CM-related tasks, from strategy development to post-implementation support.
