Clinic Aide

JSAS HealthCare, Inc is a non-profit outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) located in Neptune, NJ. JSAS HealthCare, Inc has been providing medication assisted treatment services to Monmouth and Ocean County residents since 1984.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors toxicology screens in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Schedules patients for toxicology testing as requested.
• Monitors and assures security of premises. Assists Operations Supervisor in maintaining order and patient flow.
• Assists Operations Supervisor in maintaining the building and grounds.
• Accurately completes required forms and records toxicology test results.
• In absence of or in assistance to receptionist/clerical staff:

                        Greets, screens, assists, and directs persons who enter the clinic.

                        Using the Methasoft system, checks-in OTP patients and relays messages and instructions                        from staff.

                        Answers the telephone, screens, and directs calls and appropriately records messages.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or GED.  Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
