What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at JSL Multi Management Co?
Looking for someone with a sales/customer service driven personality. Leasing Agent experience is a plus but not required. Looking for someone customer focused and well organized with excellent time management skills.
The Leasing Agent will conduct the day-to-day operations of the community, including, but not limited to:
- give apartment tours/lease apartments
- rent collections
- bank deposits
- pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections
- delegate and monitor work orders
- maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and maintenance staff
- be available to work some Saturday's
The potential candidate needs to have a flexible attitude and ability to role with the punches. We want someone who is interested in a long term career with an opportunity for growth.

Pay: From $14.35 per hour
