PAY & PERKS
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, complemented by benefits:

This position works a 5-day workweek which includes weekends and evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of management experience
- 2 years of experience as an executive chef or 4 years as a sous chef
- Proficiency in all stations and kitchen areas
- Proficiency in traditional and contemporary Italian cooking with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Cheerful outlook and ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of events, private parties, and catering
