Responsibilities of a Garde Manger - Pantry Chef:
As a Garde Manger - Pantry Chef, you will play a vital role in our culinary team. Your responsibilities include setting up the pantry station, preparing and plating cold dishes such as appetizers, salads, and desserts. You will collaborate with our culinary team on menu development, share your expertise, and provide guidance to fellow associates. Your positive attitude and teamwork will contribute to the overall success and morale of our restaurant.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a restaurant cook or equivalent culinary experience
- Passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Extensive food knowledge, including cooking from scratch with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
- Previous experience in fine-dining restaurants is preferred
- Detail-oriented, team player, and enthusiastic learner
Work Schedule:
This full-time position follows a 5-day work week, including weekends and evenings.
