We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Expert. The role will work as part of a team providing enterprise level support for the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AF-IPPS) Program. Prior experience working with Oracle EBS supporting federal pay systems is required.

Role and responsibilities include:
- Apply knowledge of Oracle EBS federal payroll technologies and industry best practices for applications, methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Work as part of team delivering updates and modernization for AF-IPPS federal payroll system.
- Deliver costing solutions and accounting of labor costs between payroll and financials.
- Support hands-on functional testing with costing.
- Troubleshoot production tickets through to resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
- U.S. citizenship
- Current secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of related experience delivering solutions for federal personnel and payroll using Oracle EBS Payroll
- 3 years of related experience supporting design and build with Oracle modules:
- EBS HCM Payroll
- EBS General Ledger
- EBS Project Costing
- EBS Financials
- Experience with 1 full Oracle EBS implementations
- Experience with hands-on Oracle EBS functional testing
- Ability to quickly learn information and get up to speed on multiple concurrently running tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with a collaborative government and contractor team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage workload to project deliverable deadlines
- Ability to support a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to support occasional travel, if requested
