We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working General Laborer to join our construction and crusher teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks at construction sites or at our crusher locations.

This position is responsible for providing general labor work to support the plant and yard operations.

• Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies
• Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work
• Operators shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years' experience in a general laborer position.
  
• Must possess a valid class C state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record, per Knife River Fleet policy.
  
• Regular attendance required.
