Job Description:

The Documentation Technical Writer support documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. This includes creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements and tracking and trending of operation metrics.

• Editing, writing and streamlining of manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or Internal procedures.
• Formatting documents and critical thinking of end user requirements.
• Initiate and execute change controls and capes and contributing to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates for change controls and capes.
• Meet with stake holders on revision changes, facilitate meetings and communicate progress and issues to leadership.
• Research submissions for procedural process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Perform data entry and Track and Trend with basic analysis and report presentations

Qualification:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Associated or Bachelor's degree desired.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
• Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulated Industry preferred.
• Working Knowledge in Microsoft office, tech writing and researching and compiling data.

Shift: Weekend, Days Thursday-Sunday 6:00AM-4:30PM

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Hiring Wage: $30.00 - $40.59 hourly depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role

• This position is eligible for a shift premium of $2.00 per hour worked between 3pm and 11pm, and $2.50 per hour worked between 11pm and 7:30am.
