What You'll Do
- Facilitate communication and alignment between product managers, designers, and development teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure deliverables are met.
- Assist in app QA and monitor QA process and team, ensuring ticketed issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any blockers that may arise.
- Establish clear accountability for deliverables across teams and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring both sides understand project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with developers to identify technical challenges and assist in crafting feasible solutions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the app development lifecycle, technologies, and tools being used.
- Identify areas for improvement in workflows and project management practices.
Who You Are
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or a related role, preferably in app development or software projects.
- Strong understanding of app development processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
- Basic technical knowledge of programming languages, APIs, and databases is a plus.
