Description: Our client is currently seeking a OSP Engineer - III in:
- Menands, NY
- Syracuse, NY

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- • This position is for an OSP engineer to complete aerial Make Ready field surveys, draft and review existing OSP design prints and project manage all aspects of the job issuance and build associated with aerial Make Ready in the Upstate New York region.
• Manage the Make Ready engineering and build schedule, conduct and or coordinate field surveys.
• Coordinate resources across multiple organizations and companies, including contractor resources, to align project requirements with business goals and key objectives.
• Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
• Maintain excellent communication with functional team members, direct management, aerial 3rd party attachment applicants and Electric Companies to ensure early identification of Make Ready requirements and design solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or four plus years of relevant work experience.
• Technical or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Windows PC software applications, especially spreadsheets, including Google Drive/ Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational and external customer communications
• Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion.
• Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements
