Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of intelligent automation solutions. This role is ideal for a technical leader passionate about driving innovation through AI and automation technologies. You'll work across diverse industries, delivering high-impact solutions that transform business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Infrastructure
  
  • Design scalable, efficient UiPath automation architectures
  • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning and platform setup
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance
• Solution Development
  
  • Build attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath best practices
  • Evaluate automation candidates and contribute to prioritization strategies
  • Leverage UiPath features such as Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding
• Leadership & Mentorship
  
  • Provide technical oversight to development teams
  • Mentor and train developers to strengthen UiPath capabilities
  • Promote adherence to architectural standards and development best practices
• Client Engagement & Business Development
  
  • Support client presentations, solution demos, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align automation strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in technology or software development
• 4 years in a technical architect role, designing enterprise-grade solutions
• 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath architecture and development

Preferred Certifications & Training

• UiPath Solution Architect Certification
• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Training

Technical Skills

• Expertise in UiPath Automation Suite and Cloud
• Familiarity with UiPath Action Center, AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, Task Mining, and AutoPilot
• Experience with Generative AI applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (VB/C#), VBA, and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
