Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll work directly with kids in their homes or at school, implementing therapy plans designed to help them reach their goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
- Work in home and school settings with support from supervisors.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.
- Communicate with supervisors and families about each child’s progress.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, preferably with disabilities or autism.
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to part-time hours.
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
- Ability to follow structured plans and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Experience in ABA therapy is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
