JOB DETAILS Job Title: IPQC Shift: 1st Pay: $18 Some of the responsibilities of IPQC may include: • Monitor Quality During Production: Conduct regular checks and inspections during the production process to ensure that products meet specified quality standards. • Perform Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and work with the production team to implement corrective actions. • Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with company protocols. • Tool Calibration: Ensure that all measurement and testing tools are calibrated and functioning correctly, in line with industry standards. • Coordinate with Production Team: Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous improvement. • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to management, highlighting any trends or recurring issues. • Compliance: Ensure all quality control processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED is required. An associate degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
-At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
-Knowledge of IPQC processes and quality management systems.
-Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
-Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
