Shift: Day Porter - Morning Shift

Location: Irvine, California

Typical duties for this job: (including but not limited to)

• Cleaning and disinfecting areas
  
• Dust and wipe furniture
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Restock supplies
• Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
  
• Reports known safety hazards, equipment, and customer concerns to management
• Maintains high levels of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, clients, and associates
  
• Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which might include gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment.

Day Porter Qualifications: 

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying.
  
• Lifting up to 50lbs

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile devices 
• Punctual and reliable
• Detail oriented 
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and have a good attitude
