The Ambulatory Care Nurse will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our health and wellness component, ensuring maximum levels of resident function ability, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Medication administration and documentation for residents
* Observing patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side-effects
* Providing assistance with activities of daily living as needed
* Administering prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks
* Effective communication with the healthcare team, residents, families, and medical professionals
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
