$1000 SIGN ON BONUS (Full time Associates only MUST already be certified)
Sign on bonus structure:
$250 @ 30 days
$250 @ 90 days
$500 @ one year
Full time 3pm-11pm available (every other weekend required)
Part time 7 am- 3pm or 3 pm- 11pm available (every other weekend required)
Pay: Starting at $17.00 (if trained )per hour plus bonus opportunities; higher rates are available for experienced caregivers.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.
Responsibilities:
Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Required) Medication Tech Certification (Preferred)
