About your role

Juniper Square is looking for a dynamic, organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing teams. This role will work directly with our SVP of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer and is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ability to take charge and help ensure each member of the team can operate to their fullest potential. You will be a key member of these teams at Juniper Square and will have access to leadership across the business as well as within the Sales and Marketing teams.

A dependable Executive Assistant will find opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ability to work independently in this fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate has superior organizational and multitasking skills, enjoys the challenge of being proactive in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong inclination to be part of a team. This role is flex and will require 1 - 2 days in the San Francisco office and the others remote.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience supporting an executive, ideally in a sales/commercial organization
  • Strategic and proactive ability to recognize and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal direction
  • A track record of working with highly confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listener
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Self-starter personality, comfortable taking initiative
  • G-Suite experience (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive) 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with planning and coordination of events (sales kickoff, QBR’s, teambuilding)
  • Corporate travel and expense reporting experience
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Poise, professionalism and good judgement

Compensation 

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
