Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and full functionality of the factory and warehouse. Perform routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, surface cleaning, and sanitizing throughout the facility.
- Help perform preventative maintenance on items throughout the factory (cleaning or replacing filters, operational checks on eye wash stations, and fire extinguishers).
- Performs cleaning functions based on seasonal / project requirements (shoveling, grass care).
- Monitor and maintain department inventory.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize facility procedures.
- Provides support in other departments as requested.
